Include the room code, approximate time, device and what happened. A screenshot can help. Never send your private recovery key, password or payment information.

Can’t join a room?

Check the six-character code. Rooms expire after 24 hours and most games only accept new players before the draft starts. One browser session has one seat. League rooms require membership, and quick matches are limited to their paired players.

Waiting for AI results?

AI uses a shared free allowance and may be temporarily unavailable. Keep the game open to see its status. An unresolved answer or exhausted allowance may leave a recap without a winner. Player Voting is available when setting up a private game.

Lost your profile?

Restore it in My profile using the private recovery key you saved when creating it. A friend code cannot restore an account. We cannot recover a profile without its key or an existing signed-in session.

Something offensive?

Open Report or block player inside your room. Select the player and, if relevant, the pick. Reporting sends its context to the operator; blocking leaves that game and prevents future pairing with the known profile or session. Manage blocks in My profile. You can also email us a room or replay code to report content you encounter outside a room.

Your data

Use Delete profile in My profile, or Delete guest game data on the privacy page. In the iPhone app, turn off online access in About & privacy. To delete offline results, open Offline pass & play → Saved offline results → Clear history. To discard an unfinished offline game, open it and choose Leave game.
